Shipment movement should not feel unclear or inaccessible. Brix Express makes tracking a functional service layer, giving you visibility, status clarity and support from booking through to delivery confirmation.

Visibility from booking to delivery

Every Brix Express shipment is assigned a tracking identifier, an AWB number or consignment number, that lets you follow its journey. Our tracking system shows you where your shipment is, what stage it has reached, and when it is expected at the next milestone. If anything needs attention, our support team is available to help.
